Cynthia is an Analyst based in Canalys’ Shanghai office, responsible for the AI and IoT sectors, covering wearables and smart personal audio. She is involved in Canalys’ global IoT market tracking and forecasting services and has a particular focus on Greater China. Cynthia works closely with clients to deliver insights and advice to help them form strategies for the fast-growing IoT market.

Before joining Canalys, she worked as a Business Analyst. Her responsibilities included data analysis and report writing, delivering insights and recommendations based on big data by using different analytical tools and NLP processes.

Cynthia graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Technology. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
