Joyce joined Canalys in February 2022 as a Social Media Marketing Executive, working in the company’s Shanghai office. She is responsible for Canalys’ social media marketing and strategy, PR and comms, and brand management in China.

Before joining Canalys, Joyce spent three years working as a Social Media Marketing and Events Executive for a marketing agency. She worked in New York, where she coordinated two international marketing influencer campaigns during New York Fashion Week and assisted in launching the first annual Global Connections for Women Entrepreneurship Ball at the Harvard Club. She was responsible for marketing strategy and planning, event campaigns, social media marketing, press reports and building connections with key opinion leaders.
