Monica A works as a Market Research Analyst and is based in Canalys’ Bangalore office. She researches the nuances affecting the cybersecurity and infrastructure markets.  

Prior to joining Canalys, Monica spent 1.7 years working as an Insights and Research Analyst, providing market intelligence to Goldman Sachs India (through AMS India), with a focus on banking technology, software products and data analytics. She also worked as a Research Executive at Zinnov where she focused on various competitor intelligence projects for top IT products, BFSI and pharmaceutical companies.

Monica graduated from Kumaraguru College of Technology with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering. She was part of a business incubator, Forge Accelerator, during her undergraduate course where she began her market research journey.
