Canalys：2019年第二季度，中国新能源汽车销售放缓，仍大幅领先欧美市场

据全球科技行业调研机构Canalys最新数据，新能源汽车（NEV）占2019年第二季度中国新车销售的7%。中国仍然遥遥领先于其他主要市场。相比之下，第二季度，新能源汽车（电动、燃料电池和插电式混合动力汽车）仅占欧洲新车销量的3%，在美国仅占2%。

中国是新乘用车（汽油/柴油发动机和新能源汽车）总销量最大的市场，但由于经济放缓和中美贸易战，总销量已连续几个季度下降。2019年第二季度销售额下降了16%。尽管出现了下滑，但中国汽车市场近年来的一大亮点是新能源汽车的供应量和销量的增加。

中国政府对制造新能源汽车企业支持力度突出。Canalys的高级分析师刘健森表示：“这使得中国市面上的新能源汽车选择比世界上任何地方都多。”“ 在过去的数年中国政府制定雄心勃勃的新能源汽车生产目标，给新能源汽车买家多种激励和经济补贴，包括免征新能源汽车车辆购置税，新能源汽车上牌也比传统汽车更容易。这些举措对推动新能源汽车市场效果显著。”

“但一个明显的放缓即将来临，”刘健森补充到。“随着政府将重点转向氢燃料电池电动汽车和加油站，新能源汽车的补贴最近被大幅削减。削减补贴的影响已经显现出来。新能源汽车制造商和电池供应商比亚迪最近下调了2019年的销售预测。经济放缓将给中国的新能源汽车初创企业蔚来，威马等带来巨大压力，而特斯拉则会迎来一个机遇，并将从其产品享受豁免车辆购置税中获益。”

Canalys首席分析师Chris Jones表示：“尽管中国经济增长预期放缓，但新能源汽车在欧洲（挪威是一个罕见的例外）和美国的普及率在很长一段时间内仍将远远落后于中国。”“欧洲和美国的新能源汽车总销量仍然疲软。车辆选择有限，各国政府支持力度不一，充电网络仍在拓展。特斯拉继续影响这两个区域市场的表现，其Model 3开始向欧洲发货，加上美国的需求仍然强劲。没有其他新能源汽车销量能与特斯拉Model 3在欧洲和美国相提并论。包括大众在内的其他汽车企业计划向新能源汽车业务重大转型，并将很快推出新车型，而新车型的成功将会决定他们的未来。”
