As a Senior Account Manager, Kelly is responsible for supporting and developing Canalys’ existing client base, as well as creating new opportunities, both with these clients and elsewhere. She works closely with the Analysts to help ensure that clients receive attentive customer care and fully utilize their service offerings.

Before joining Canalys, Kelly worked as an Account Manager for a business development agency that specialized in the IT sector and she took ownership of IT security campaigns.

Kelly studied Ancient History and Archaeology at the University of Leicester and, as part of her course, she spent time in Rome carrying out field work.
